"Positives: The apartment was clean and business was well run. Communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive. Negatives: The bathroom needs updating. I would have preferred a hot breakfast but the breakfast tray ( included a variety of breads, pastries, OJ, milk, cereal, and a small plate of ham and cheese) was adequate. Walls are thin. "I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub.
