"Upon my arrival around 5:30pm there was NO staff on site. In the office I called to check in. They said they had no record of my prepaid reservation; once that was ironed out, they said no one was there to check me in… they assigned me a room number over the phone and told me to take any of the three keys that were on the counter. I took all three. I later found out they opened ANY door. I left for dinner and upon my return realized the tv didn’t work and there was no screen in the window. ...

"We got into our room for the night. Within the first 15 minutes of lying in bed, I started to get itchy and noticed hives. After several bites, I turned on the flashlight on my phone and checked the bed and pillows. There were tiny little bugs crawling around on both the bed and pillow. I jumped in the shower to wash them off. I had several bites on my arm and face. Got absolutely no sleep."

"Was nice and clean and modernized. A table in the room to do office type work at a desk could be helpful. Microwave and coffee maker too."

"It was the weekend before Memorial Day and nothing was open. The beach was beautifully raked, and the men that work there are fabulous. There was no microwave in the room and very short supplies for coffee and drinks. The fire pit wasn’t out either. The view from my room was beautiful."
