"First, the positives - room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Now the negatives (1) hard to find the place there is a small sign on the door, about 10 by 12 inches and no street name. We had to ask a few locals and most of them didn’t know where it was. (2) nowhere did it say you have to climb 50+ stairs in a very hot stairwell, to get to the room. There is no elevator. We were on a three week trip with two large suitcases. We found a man in the street and paid him...

"Sehr sehr tolles, luxuriöses Apartment im Herzen der neuen Stadtmitte von Trani. Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch eine sehr freundliche Dame, die mir auch gleich einige Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gab. All diese sind ab dem Apartment gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Apartment mangelte es uns an nichts, eine tolle und moderne Ausstattung, schöner Balkon, geräumige Zimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche."

"A lovely spot in the middle of the old centre of Trani. Very close to shops, restaurants and the harbor. The place is clean, cosy and the owner lives nearby. Very friendly owner and hospitable. The breakfast was at a coffeebar closeby; cute and well arranged. A simple, but perfect breakfast. Trani is beautifull! We made a daytrip to Bari by train (very easy); also great. And we even rent a car for one day and drove to Sassi, Matera. Excellent trip to do! We have enjoyed our stay a lot!"

"Het is een prachtige, sfeervolle B & B waar het aan niets ontbreekt! We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen. Elke ochtend was er een heerlijk ontbijt, lekkere foccacia en een mooie zelfgebakken taart voor bij de koffie. Het bed was goed. "Lovely spacious room in the old city close to the Fort. We had room 104 of the collection of Blanco B&B’s which is over a Bar. This does mean it can be very noisy early in the morning when they’re setting up the cafe and also the early morning garbage and bottle collections are very loud. The people who run the cafe s are lovely and we enjoyed a delicious and basic Italian breakfast there each morning as part of our booking. "

"It’s not a hotel, it’s a 6 room bed and breakfast arrangements. The location is in the middle of Barletta old city, which means that the load level is high. Yes, my room had a balcony, but with 2 AC, no room for me. The description on hotels.com states sound isolated rooms, but that is not the case. Furthermore, the full fridge is a minimal one. The shower in my room is the smallest I’ll ever set my steps into. But the most confusing was the communication upfront and during check in. The...

"Magnifique chambre, décorée avec goût dans des matériaux luxueux. Apprécié bouteilles d’eau et cafetière expresso. Très propre, sécuritaire et tranquille. Par contre à notre arrivée, le code pour entrer ne fonctionnait pas, d’autres qui avait loué on tenté sans succès. On a dû attendre 45 minutes avant que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir. Attention sur le site expédia c’est indiqué petit déjeuner inclus, ça ne l’est pas."
