We just love staying at the lodge at Angel fire. The hotel and room are always clean with ample space. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and hard working (especially Phillip at the front desk). My boys absolutely love the pool and hot tub. And, not to mention the incredible location in Angel fire. This was our 4th or 5th visit and we have never found anything to complain about.

Old and worn out. The elevator goes so slow and is hot, it needs to be updated. Some woman had a dog who pooped all over the report twice in front of our room. The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. The website is very deceiving. Don’t eat at the country club either down the street we all got sick. Raw hamburger meat in the burgers, paid for it all anyway. No one was there and now I know why, it was extremely gross.

This place was a complete joke Stay away! They do not have central heat. We almost froze to death. The room was very small and extremely noisy. Restaurants terrible and expensive. Tried hard to make it work but really a dud! Only bright spot was the coffee shop and its friendly employees.

The room was very clean and spacious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location provided convenient access to the ski resort. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The only suggestion I would offer is to consider updating the bed sheets. The room itself is nicely renovated and very comfortable, but newer linens would make the experience even better.

Loved the location! Being on the slopes was very convenient. Rooms are large with plenty of storage for gear. Front desk was very courteous and very quick to address all needs. The coffee shop on site was a great warm up after being out in the cold. The other restaurants onsite were a bit pricy. Only complaint is they need to do something about heat in the pool areas. The pool and hot tub are indoors but it is SO cold in that room that it makes it hard to actually enjoy them.

Nice room with a balcony. The fridge made demonic noises throughout the night and the elevator had a smell in it. It was off season so restaurants were not open. Probably a great place during the summer or ski season

I wish we would have ha a room with a window to the outside. Our room was inside overlooking the pool so the noise of the kids playing in the pool echoed in our room, not too late into the night thankfully.
