"The internet was fast and the service when reserving the room was great, but the people that worked there the next day were not friendly told me that I couldnt use the wifi, wouldnt give me a remote. They than proceeded to make up a reason to cancel reservation and all other travel ammendities. "

"We loved our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was incredibly quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. We originally booked in part because of the breakfast omelette bar, which unfortunately wasn’t available during our stay. However, it wasn’t a big deal because the breakfast that was offered was still great. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. We were given a king room on the 4th floor, which was perfect.
