Several people came in and left because no one was at the desk. When i asked to speak with the owner later another employee said the person that checked me in is the owner. I had a long drive to this hotel and to be kept waiting for a key frustrated me. This hotel is not only in a precarious location but I found it ungracious as well."

The parking garage is so small that finding some place to park while trying to have enough room to exit your car is near impossible. I’m a member and wasn’t even offered water. They are under construction and the banging started at 8 in the morning. Sad to say that we will stay at La Quinta in the future "
