"It's a nice property but very dated. The water was frustrating. The toilet was always a nuisance. It's a very loud area all the time. The surrounding area isn't the best but it is LA. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The parking is frustrating as well. "

"Perfect spot for Lakers games! We always stay at this hotel because it’s walking distance to Crypto and LA Live. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and it’s reliable every time. Only downside is the loud aircon. It’s too loud and disrupts sleep. We turn it off sometimes and the room gets warm. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Still our go-to for game nights!"

"it's a grande dame that needs some resources to make it great again. front desk staffing is too thin causing very long lines. our room was pleasant in an old world kinda way. breakfast was passable but boring- think costco mini muffins. best deal in the dtla area though. "
