EXCELLENT Hôtel avec thalasso. Le personnel d'une manière générale est très attentionné, très agréable et très professionnel. Ce qui de nos jours est fort appréciable. Le SPA et la piscine extérieure sont parfaits. Le restaurant permet de rester sur place.

J'ai eu la chambre 15 et elle n'était pas clean coté sdb et WC. Dans ce type d'hotel on s'attend à une hygiène irréprochable. Sinon très bon hotel et je pense que je reviendrai.

Bonne adresse

Très bonne expérience familiale nous avons etait tres bien accueilli par le personnel la chambre etait propre. Seule point negatif et pas des moindres la piscine payante qui n'est pas spécifié lors de la réservation et au vu du prix de la chambre je trouve ça très exagéré surtout que l'accès n'est même pas illimité en fonction de cotre séjour...

Hotel was absolutely amazing. The only caveat was there was no room service after 10pm - not even for a beverage if you wanted one. No vending machines, no staff had access to any beverages. Had to walk outside in the freezing cold to the hotel next. door to ask their lobby if they had an orange juice.

Hotel conforme aux descriptions. Le seul point négatifs est que les prestations sont toutes payantes. Le spa, le sauna, le hamman etc tout est payant. Il faut donc rajouter au prix de la chambre les prestations en sus et cela fini par faire un budget conséquent.

Déçu

Séjour moyen , accueil quelque peu glacial (on nous a rappelé à plusieurs reprises que nous avions réservé via le site Hôtel.com et non en direct ), la température de la thalassothérapie a été baissée en raison de la hausse des prix de l’énergie ( compréhensible mais aucune compensation en échange), après 22h il est impossible d’obtenir une bouteille d’eau gazeuse (inadmissible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles)
