"Staff were pleasant, apartment was a good size but needed redecoration. Very tired looking. Parking was a nightmare with supposed spots already occupied. Handy for shops and restaurants."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only probelm was the curtains didnt close all the way and let a lot of the light in from neighbouring hotel/attractions. There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor. I didnt get a great sleep."

"Great location. Close to theatres and Southbank park which is great for kids. Numerous restaurants nearby. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast was definitively a hit with my family, delicious and great variety. Close to bus stops and train station."

"Fabulous location for us, lovely hotel, 2 min walk to supermarket, restaurants, coffee, wine, etc. lovely room, bed, shower etc. Staff seem a little unable to support any later check out decisions but no real issues for us."

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. Overall, it was a good/excellent stay. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. An amazing Italian restaurant and a wonderful pastry place that we eat at. I am sure there are others also but we didn’t have an opportunity to try them out. "
