"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. "Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. "

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was easily the highlight, with top notch traditional Filipino dishes that felt fresh, flavorful, and worth waking up for. The room and common areas were well kept, and everything felt comfortable throughout the stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was pretty unreliable at times. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and comfort, but the internet could definitely use improvement."

"Amenities wise, good. Only missinsg is the LAUNDRY SERVICE. I love that there is already Mang Inasal in the same building. As always, staffs are very helpful. Room may need to be FULLY TERMINALLY CLEANED as corners and under bedside tables were noted to have dust otherwiae cleaners are very responsive. This is I guess my 7th ot 8th times check in just this year and I will still stay in this hotel as they value their customers very much."

"Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm. Problem#2, one of my sister-in-law did not have her ID with her so she was not allowed access to the pool. No consideration was given that she had to accomoany her 8-year old child to the...

"We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are...
