Only couple pieces of advice, the sports desk should be a bit more friendly and smile (like the concierge and front desk who are amazing!) and also I wish the upstairs balcony area of the cafe was open at night as it would be great for traditional and Muslim friendly hangout for families, because the Belgium bar is not an option and some of us...
