"Rooms are clean and spacious and area is very quiet. The food in the pub is OK and the garden centre do good food aswell and the Railway Inn a few miles away is very good. Booking in is easy. "

"We had 2 large rooms for a family break. Hosts were very welcoming and went that extra mile to make us feel at home. Tasty vegan breakfasts went down with group and the availability of the breakfast room during the day was also useful. Very comfy beds. Nice to see the various friendly rescue animals / pets. Location is in a quiet street which is a few minutes walk from regular bus services to city centre / pubs / food. We plan to return."

"Do not hesitate to book. Spotlessly clean a huge comfortable bed, huge modern bathroom and very quite. The hosts can not do enough for you, a home from home in a gorgeous building, I stay in alot of hotels all over the country and this is one of the best."

"We had a an enjoyable stay at Field View. Maria was very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable, the facilities were good and a wide range of food for breakfast. The local pub was a 5 minutes walk away which had a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely come back again to Field View."

"Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further. The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean. The separate "DIY" breakfast room was a great facility allowing us to choose when to have breakfast and build ourselves an excellent continental style breakfast. "We had a night of absolute luxury in this recently restored house and garden. We were full of admiration for the achievements of the couple who own it and would love to visit again later to see the final steps, and to see the garden again as it grows and develops. The food and service were second to none."

"The owner had mislaid my booking, and then the room was already occupied by someone else. Waited for an hour outside the property with minimal responses. Had to give up and find somewhere else instead."
