The hotels policy is to give rooms away to walk in customers and people with reservations have to get a refund. We slept in the car that night, suffered the next day, then got a room at the Red Roof Inn, where I will go from now on. I will never use Expedia again and I will never use the Days Inn by Wyndham or any Wyndham property ever again."
