"This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. "Waking up to the sound of waves and opening the curtains to a breathtaking ocean view was absolutely magical. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the coastal decor felt charming without being overdone. The bathroom was spotless and the AC worked perfectly a lifesaver in the beach heat. Friendly staff and smooth check-in made everything even better. Would come back in a heartbeat! 🌊🏖️​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"What a great find! The room was so comfortable and updated. It was so nice to have a pool onsite and their own beach across the road was perfect. Staff was accommodating and made our short stay one to remember. Highly recommend and we’ll be back."

"Don't mean to complain, but for a $500 a night room, I expected superior amenities. The room was nice and clean, but the shower water pressure was not very good, and there was no hot water at 5:00 when I checked in, or 8:30 the next morning. Also, it wasn't the designation on Gulf Drive, it was a block behind away from the water."

"Great room with a giant TV screen. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was pretty comfortable. Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. That would be a solid addition for this room. I love the pool facilities but this property desperately needs a dedicated ice machine. Having to drive for ice every other day is a bummer when you want it now. Cleaning...

"We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help"

"Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill."

"Coffee readily available, lots of extra towels and pillows. The pool was nice and place was well maintained. I think the rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better. Found some fingerprints on our walls. Generally it was a good place to stay if you’re looking for convenience but if you’re looking for upscale or 5 star hotel this isn’t it."

"I have stayed at many Courtyard hotels but this is the first time I have been disappointed with one of their hotels. It started upon arrival my rprepaid room was assigned to someone else with the same last name but a different first name. It took more than an hour after ✔️ in time to resolve but I still didn't get the exact room which was supposed to be handicap amenities . To the hotel credit they did say they would give me a 50.00 credit for the mix up which I haven't seen yet. The room il...
