"I came here due to work. My room was SUPER clean, the staffs were friendly and acknowledged you every time they see you, even if I was on the elevator they would speak to me. The gentleman that checked me in he was super professional and has great customer service. I wish I remember his name but I don’t ( he was an African American gentleman) the lobby was clean, dining area clean. My only wish is that the hotel provides waffles or pancakes for breakfast, other than that my experience was EXCEPTIONALLY FANTASTIC. Keep up the amazing work. I will definitely visit again. "
