"We have stayed here many times before and it was nice to stay in an updated room, However the light for the bathroom is very difficult to find, it is behind the bathroom door. When entering the room after a long drive my husband went into the bathroom could not find the light and walked into the corner of the shower wall and cut his head quite badly. "Only couple things I didn't like was the pool was a little cold and there wasn't a "hot breakfast" it was bread , bagels and pastries to warm up. Also pictures said as seen at propertie but was pictures of Bearskin Neck which was down the road. Things I liked were clean room and friendly staff that was also helpful. Also location is great only couple minutes down the road to shops and 15 minutes to gloucester."

"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....
