"Room was updated. Very clean and well laid out. Staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast area was very good. 2 types of sausage, 2 types of eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, and possibly more. Would definitely stay at this property again!"

"I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim there and then go back across the street with as cold as the weather is. The breakfast was not even worth advertising, no eggs, no bacon just bagel, waffle premade omlets, that looked very hard and old. If i would have been informed of all of these thing's i would have never stayed. I have stayed at the sable on the navy pier in chicago and this is what i paid 180.00 for there excellent service, clean environment, classy and had access to all the amenities. This was like staying in the hood, ran down and unprofessional. "

"I hate to leave negative feedback but I also have to be real. The room was dirty, AC didn’t work, toilet took 5 times to actually flush, bathtub took 20 minutes to drain, multiple stink bugs in the room and just general uncleanliness. The room needs a deep clean, plumbing and AC need dire repairs. "

"Everything was excellent. Only issue was in-room coffee maker had some water already in reservoir (hmm) which made coffee cup overflow ever slightly bit more importantly confirmed this item was not carefully cleaned. All else was spotless."

"Breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit, toaster didn't work for bagels. Pool was dirty and hot tub didnt work. They were doing construction on the building who woke us up at 7am each morning we were there. Would definitely never go back to this hotel."

"Room was clean but beds are NOT comfortable. Pillows are also very hard. AC was not on in the room when we got there and the room was extremely warm and took a long time to cool it down. Positives would be easy on and off 75 and it was clean. "
