Hotel dekat Anoka Nature Preserve

"The check in person could not explain to me how to register and pay for my parking other than to scan the QR code, which I explained 3 times that I couldn't do. The sign in the parking lot explained how I code send a text. He didn't seem to know this. The room should include free parking. The person making breakfast needs some help. All the tables were dirty, and he ran out of whipped cream. There was a ball of something sticky with hair attached to it stuck to the bathmat towel. I left it for...

"Clean hotel"

"Great place to stay. Rooms we comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is situated close to the interstate and many restaurants. Breakfast was hot with many items to choose."

"Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two."

"Great experience"

"The hotel was modern, comfortable & friendly staff. Easy access to shopping & restaurants"

"It was clean. I had an Amazing time! Thank you"

"Good. One manager was very helpful."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Liked the gym, used the treadmill twice. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty. Would stay again."

"Great place. Wish they had EV chargers."

"The lobby was clean and bright. The phone was disconnected in the room…..” they haven’t worked for a year.” The advertised pool was closed for “daily maintenance “ but on inquiry it had been shut down for one month due to chlorine issues. That was a disappointment."

"Breakfast was pretty basic and not a lot of options. Coffee was really good though. Maybe best I've had at a hotel. Hot tub was not nearly hot enough, but pool and hot tub area were clean. Room was spacious and really good for the price. Overall good place and would stay again."

"The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful."
