Cet emplacement est magique!😍 Super propre, bien situé malgré la grande cote qu"il faut faire en voiture. L'appartement est bien équipé et le sofa lit etait parfait!! Super confortable, les draps la couette. Tout est parfait! Seule amelioration a apporter: Il faut équiper cet hébergement d'un support pour sécher le linge! C'est vraiment requis. On avait vu les commentaires et on avait apporté une petite corde a linge mais c'est la seule chose qui manquait!! Merci!😁🤗

Room looked exactly like the pictures however we did notice the room had a musty smell. We tried to air it out but couldn’t get rid of smell. Pillows were too soft, no back support. They were more like extra soft couch cushions.

Superbe endroit, rénové et très propre! Bien situé si vous avez une voiture pour vos déplacements, et avec un stationnement sécurisé. Le concierge répond rapidement aux demandes et est très sympathique. Je recommande fortement!

We have enjoyed our time at Anse Marcel Cove Suites. Seems like the everything was brand new and stylishly decorated with full kitchen but no bathtub. There is no pool onsite but the beach is steps away. You have access to the restaurants and beach bar of the five star Anse Marcel hotel where we rented a car as well. Ryan was very helpful with logistics and Jasmine was our fabulous driver with a clean, VIP-approved black SUV for airport transfers. Highly recommended!

Le studio est complètement neuf, ce qui est vraiment un élément très positif. Les points à améliorer: il n’y avait aucune batterie de cuisine, aucun accessoire pour cuisiner, linge à vaisselle, savon etc dans la cuisine. Nous avons dû faire la demande. Le matelas est très dur et les oreillers sont très minces. L’équipement du studio est de base / aucun petit plus qui agrémente le séjour comme c’est parfois le cas dans les studios appartenant à des particuliers (par exemple, pas de chaises pour la plage, pas de sel/poivre dans la cuisine, pas de bouteilles d’eau, etc).

It’s a mix of good and bad. The unit was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. We had a good amount of beach and bath towels. A few things missing in the kitchen such as cover for the pots, drying rack for dishes, and basic things like salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish detergent, sponge etc. The big problem was that we didn’t have a drying rack for the clothes. We are at a beach resort and come home everyday with wet swim suits and beach towels and no where to hang them. On top of it, we have a washing machine in the unit and no where to hang a load of laundry. We contacted the concierge who told us that there was none available. (I told him they were sold for 26 Euros at the grocery store next door) We contacted Expedia who never responded after our initial exchange where they took note of the issue. We had to use the chairs, every drawer and cupboard door and even the ironing board to dry our clothes. For that reason, I unfortunately do not recommend that specific unit. The other units seem to have drying racks on their balconies.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. First of all Expedia has to vet the accommodations before listing them. This is listed as a hotel which this is not. These are units that are rented as residential. There is no “ concierge” and there is nobody on premises. We had a plethora of problems from day one. No hot water , you are only given one set of towels and have to pay for fresh ones. You have a washer but no dryer or detergent. We tried to run a washer but had water all over the room and had to use towels to wipe it. We reached out to “concierge “ and waited for two days while we were taking cold showers and had to dry ourselves with hand towels. We were given a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Expedia provided no solution either. Beach chairs are not provided. We had to pay $60 a day to use beach loungers.

There are no amenities. The beach access was bolted locked. Asked for blanket they refused and said no. To use any beach chairs had to pay the place near by. No pool.

Communication upon arrival was disorganized, especially with grocery delivery; but finally Ryan was a great help. My biggest complaint was that the beach loungers were not included in the price per night. (Given a beach towel and that was all.) Dining at both restaurants were exceptional. Bed although new seemed a bit hard to our liking. Towels nice and fluffy. View was beautiful.

Property was nice but outdoor shower to get the sand off would have helped. Also, we had three in the room for 5 days and only had 3 towels that we needed to wash in the washer and supply our own detergent and no dryer. One garbage bag and amenities in the room were sparse as we only had the extreme basics in the kitchen.

Great location!!! Unbelievable beach!! Friendly surroundings!!! The best place at St. Martin Please note it is not a hotel but a hotel alternative at the same buildings but just like renting appointment and it is much more affordable with the same facilities, location and even often more convenient Love it and will try be back!!!

The property was managed by third party company and did not belong to the hotel. For this reason they did not offer room service, beach beds were not included and we had to pay separately, to change towels we had to call property manager and he did not answer for two day until I bought him on the parking lot. Ocean view was blocked by other building and we could see only smal fraction of water. And on top of that water in the shower was warm but not hot, it wasn’t comfortable at all. Very disappointing stay for the money.

Stay was overall good. There were some initial hiccups but were fixed promptly. I would stay here again. Room was clean and the ocean view was amazing.
