One of the best resorts that I have been there. The entertainment team was so amazing they are super kind, energetic and friendly. The bar staff were incredibly professional and respectful. Foods were very delicious and varied. They let us stay and use the facilities even after check out because our flights were late afternoon and it was so convenient for us. Best hosting ever. Highly recommended. Just it's better to know that this is a family resort and you would see so many kids.

ich möchte mich hiermit offiziell über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel beschweren. Ich habe den Urlaub bewusst allein gebucht, um mich zu erholen. Leider war dies in keiner Weise möglich, da mein Aufenthalt von Beginn an äußerst enttäuschend verlief. Bereits beim Check-in musste ich feststellen, dass während meines Aufenthalts eine sehr große Messe stattfand. Darüber wurde ich im Vorfeld in keiner Weise informiert. Aufgrund der Menschenmengen und der damit verbundenen Unruhe fühlte ich mich unwohl und bat um eine Umbuchung, was jedoch nicht möglich war. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem sehr unangenehmen Vorfall mit einem Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses. Als ich ihm eine einfache Frage stellte, wurde ich in einem äußerst lauten und unfreundlichen Ton angeschrien. Ein solches Verhalten empfinde ich als respektlos und absolut inakzeptabel. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft das gastronomische Angebot. Das offene Buffet war stark einseitig und offensichtlich auf die Messebesucher ausgerichtet. Daher wollte ich stattdessen à la carte essen gehen.Dies wurde mir jedoch verweigert – obwohl ich beobachten konnte, dass anderen Paaren das À-la-carte-Essen problemlos ermöglicht wurde. Diese Ungleichbehandlung kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Insgesamt erhielt ich während meines Aufenthalts mehrfach leere Versprechungen, die nicht eingehalten wurden. Für mich hat sich dieser Urlaub leider in keiner Weise gelohnt, obwohl ich mich bewusst für Ihr Hotel entschieden hab.
