"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"The pool was beautiful, they let me do a late check out and also kept my luggage for me once my room was up, they have a tattoo shop, so many great amenities. I love it there definitely recommend!!"

"This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! If you want to relax while enjoying a beautiful scenic view, this is for you. If you want to walk around and explore, you can do that too. The staff are incredible and treated us very well. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a great amenity. The only complaint that we have is that the bedroom walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors if you have them. Other than that, everything else about this place is awesome. "Tram is located across the street from the hotel. Easy to get downtown without having to fight crowds."

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. "This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit...
