"This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn, by far. We are usually very happy with all Holiday Inns. To begin with, we ordered groceries to pick up upon our arrival for our family to have for lunches and snacks. We loaded the refrigerator, not knowing that it was broken until the next day. "This property is convienantly located to resturaunts, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the ability to have a full kitchen in the suite was greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided in the lobby provided a good selection of hot and cold options. The staff was helpful and friendly in all our communications. Would stay again and highly recommend."

"Holes in walls. Room Smelled like smoke. TV didn’t work. There was a man screaming and cursing all night long next door. It finally ended at 5:40am when he left the hotel. No shampoo or conditioner."

"The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them.."

"I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children."
