"I had an amazing experience at this resort. All the staff were lovely and accommodating and they upgraded my room for free because I was celebrating my graduation. The food was amazing and so were the drink. The pool is always clean and the beach chairs and cabanas are perfectly located on a beach. Book your reservation immediately, you will not regret it. Special shoutouts to the bar tenders, the Vibe Team and the staff at the spa. There were so many helpful people that I couldn’t remember their names but Kiania, Kalique and Mildred were awesome. Thank you all for a lovely experience, I will most certainly be back!! "

"A truly relaxing stay in a lovely location to unwind. Wonderful helpful staff (one surly check out girl ). Food great and some interesting trips. We liked the beach nearby / you can walk! Some constructive suggestions - You MUST instal a shower by the pool. Basic Hygiene point really. Dress code wasn’t really enforced and generally I don’t care but draw the line at wife beaters and football shirts! Next door decided it was fine to smoke weed which is plain antisocial. Don’t be put off by my last para we had a fab time and a big shout out to all the staff. "

"Great property. The rooms are soooo spacious. Felt more like an apartment. We were very comfortable. Beach is steps away and beautiful. But we rented a car and hit other beaches after first day and we ate at restaurants throughout the island. Easy check in & check out. All concerns addressed immediately. Safe property. I was very anxious from previous reviews about the shutters and no glass windows, as I’m a light sleeper. The frog or bird noises at night did not bother me at all. We did go in May so not too many other guests to make noise. Would recommend. "

"Very friendly staff and always wanting to make sure you are enjoying the stay. Room problem but fixed quickly when requested, otherwise would rate facilities/condition excellent. High quality food with constant changing menu's. Stayed 5 days and never had the same thing!"

"We are return guests and love it. The food was amazing at both the Pineapple Grill and Chef Pietros. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Now the negatives - the rooms in the waterfront building NEED to be renovated desperately. The showers are disgusting and ours had red an black mildew growing. Also, who can reach a safe that is 6 ft off the ground? My wife couldn’t and I had to pull a chair up to it each time I needed to get in. Last, the Topaz restaurant always seemed short staffed. Hopefully, by the time we visit next year these things will be corrected."
