It was a short drive from the airport. Vhecking was easy and the person at the check hut was great and helpful. Great view of the beach and a short walk across the beach to resturant. I enjiyed my overnight stay, the place was clean

Quiet hotel on the beach. 2 restaurants eithin walking distance on the beach, not much else around. Stayed here a night after flight got canceled.

It is a casual apartment style accommodation with generous space and close to the airport. The ocean beach is not large but there are some chairs lounge areas to relax. Seaweed is in effect as at many beaches. No restaurant or pool on premises but a short walk to a nice restaurant.

Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value.

I don't think you should call this property a HOTEL as it certainly isn't, it should be a MOTEL / apartments, without any available facilities, I assumed it was all attached to a hotel, where we could go and get an evening meal on arrival or breakfast before our departure, but there was nothing. the manager was very nice and the views lovely. there was a putrid smell of rotten something in the air, it could of been all the washed up seaweed but I'm not sure.

If you’re looking for a disconnect and quiet, peaceful time is location is perfect for that. The staff nice. The apartment is right in front of a beach, which is nice and convenient. If you’re going to go swimming, the apartment is very Spacious. It is located in a very isolated area so I would recommend that you have your own transportation. The mosquitoes are abundant to be sure to have mosquito repellent. They literally move in with you every time you open the front door. The supplies in the apartment are very limited so you will have to buy your own if you’re staying for longer than a week

No one was there to check us in. We left. Your company is telling us that we cannot yet the full refund… We spoke with the establishment and they said that they have told you that they are not going to charge us. I expect a full refund. I can forward the email they sent confirming this if you’d like.

Lord Nelson Hotel & Residences is an excellent place for a large group! My staff, family, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen was extremely convenient, especially for a group our size, as we were able to prepare and enjoy our own meals together. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Lord Nelson to families and large groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Person meeting us in reception was very nice and welcoming. Check in process was fast. No elevator if your room is on 2nd floor. It is very close to airport. Room was clean and nice and also had coffe in the room. However, Im not sure the bedding was changed from previous gest.

The whole place was shabby and the room, though very spacious smelled of stale Chinese food. It was superficially clean but needed a deep clean. The bed was so creaky it woke me up every time my husband turned over. It’s not a hotel. There are no hotel facilities.
