"I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. "

Glen, Courtney, Jonelle , Kareem ( I think ) The lady in the sports lounge/ club. The manager of Haven was so nice ! The entertainment was awesome . The tall dark skin young man , the light skin guy then kept doing flips . The foam party . Me and my fiance won 2 games. The only issue we had was our room smelled funny when we checked in . It seems like it was mopped...
