"The hotel helped my daughter and me to accomplish what we wanted, and it was to rest. The pool is great, good activities (we were lucky, winning 2 frappes and 1 piña colada at the bingo), comfortable beds, but the best part was the entire staff (especial thanks to Nancy and front desk staff), they were all kind and professional. The only negative was that the weather didn't let us enjoy the beach."

"Starting with the flight from Madison, wi to Atlanta the plane was late so I didn't make our connection. Than no one took responsibility and we had to stay the whole day in Atlanta and pay for our own hotel. The coyaba hotel is good. The work out room is dysfunctional they have weights but the electric equipment is not working. So at the coyaba is completely dry which is fine. "I can truly say that the stay at this resort was indeed phenomenal!! From the time we arrived the bell man was on the outside & greeted us pleasantly & introduced himself as he trolleyed our luggage he asked if we needed anything feel free to ask. The receptionist at the desk made sure, we received our room keys quickly. Oh my goodness the food at the restaurant was AWESOME & REALLY REASONABLE PRICE.
