"Rooms were nice and clean except for the curtains and the bathroom had a stink that wouldn’t go away even after housekeeping came through. Curtains to the patio hadn’t been cleaned in a while and it had stains and dirt which made me not wanna to touch them."

Barceló Aruba - All Inclusive

"This was our first trip to Aruba, The staff at the Barcelo were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pool was big and clean, the hot tub was nice, The beach chairs were easily accessible if you get up early enough. I was able to get a shaded area each day. The servers on the beach were great and super friendly. The area of the hotel was fun and lively. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants just outside the resort. I did do all inclusive at the Barcelo, but my only complaint was the food. The buffet for breakfast was decent, Lunch and dinner buffets lacked flavor. I did the Italian restaurant one night and did not care for the meal, it tasted like cheap canned spaghetti sauce and the chicken didn't taste fresh. we opted not to do the other dinners for lack of flavor. Off site, we had a lot of different restaurant experiences. I will say, everyone I spoke to had nothing but nice things to say about the resort. I would come again."

"The staff at the Radisson made my stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, hospitable, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect; a short walk or convenient shuttle ride to the beach, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. One of my favorite features was the adults-only infinity pool, along with the many amenities the hotel provides, including complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, which made relaxing by the ocean effortless. A very special shoutout to Janelle, Jolina, Zurielle, and Dondre for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Your outstanding customer service truly made a difference. Thank you all for an amazing experience. I can’t wait to return!"
