"The property, room and staff were excellent. The included breakfast was great. The only negative thing the room had was the shower. The shower doesn't have a drain below the shower head, so the water comes under the glass shower doors, and the rug is wet by the time you come out. The drain for the shower is all the way in front of the wall where the knob is and the floor not been level in that direction creates a puddle while you shower. Other than that everything was excellent. "

"Loved the location, staff and ammenities. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores, practically in the middle of the action. It is verybsafe to walk around El Poblado. The staff are awesome and super helpful and friendly. I want to mention Sebastian, as he helps us find places and was very accomodating. We had free breakfast included and a nice surprise when around 5pm a beverage cart pass the rooms offering FREE drinks, yes alcoholic drinks for free!, you cant beat that."
