"The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. There is no elevator, if you are bringing luggage and children you have to carry everything up by yourself and all the stairs have different heights. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. All the toilets did not have toilet seats and they said that was “normal”. The volleyball court had a perimeter net and if the ball slipped pasted it would go down a cliff. WiFi was not good either."

"Uno de los peores hoteles que he llegado en mi vida. Escogí este hotel debido a sus comentarios porque solo lo quería para dormir. Llegando el aire no servía, me dijeron que tenía que esperar porque había hecho mucho calor. Esperé más de 4 horas y nunca sirvió. Pedí que hicieran algo y nada. Luego cuando volví a bajar me cambiaron a la habitación de al lado que estaba desocupada y eso porque ya estaba molesta y confirmaron que en efecto el aire no servía. "What a hidden gem! The 20 minute drive over rocky terrain is worth every second. The pastoral landscape is gorgeous. Driving through (very shallow) streams just adds to the adventure. At night, picture hundreds of fireflies flickering in a misty valley. The hut (no walls) I stayed in was the perfect jungle vibe. There weren’t even that many bugs in February.
