"I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The staff was magnificent and accommodating. My stay was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Do NOT stay at this place! From the moment we checked in, everything was wrong. The initial room was filthy with heavy soap scum in the shower, but the nightmare truly began in the middle of the night when we were terrified by a huge, hairy spider that looked like a venomous black widow. We spent 15 minutes searching for any staff member to help. Out of nowhere, a strawberry fell straight from the ceiling—to which the staff casually explained that they have bats roaming inside the ceiling! When...

"Yes. The price is great, the rooms are impeccably clean and comfy, and it's situated in a neighborhood where you can walk safely or get an Uber. But what you'll really love about this family business are Carolina, Damian, Tita, and Cesar. They'll give you all the privacy you want, but they'll also greet you with big smiles, listen to your adventures of the day, help you resolve some of those little needs, and maybe even come to the door to wave goodbye when you leave. "The staff is excellent, service and attention, very tasteful breakfast, and even after hours the kitchen is available to cook. Clean room, hot water, working AC, and plenty reasons to come back. The only downside is the parking space is limited but also manageable to park on the street in a very safe and quiet area You can’t go wrong with the rates of this nice hotel"

"La atención del personal muy bien lo malo fue la puerta del baño que se podía ver de afuera no está muy privada para bañarse solo eso"

"Good location and very clean"

"Very private"

"Clean, great location, good restaurants parking lot is great, shopping center is in Front( Metro Centro)"

"Todo estuvo bien"

"This Is a unique property with a vintage feel. The room was very clean and the staff cheerful and attentive! The included breakfast was delicious both típico and americano options! The pool is small but provides a welcome refresher after a day touring or exploring the Centro histórico!"

"Good price"

"Personal muy amable, pero el hotel requiere mejorar en la limpieza a nivel general. El alto volumen de una actividad religiosa hizo que nos saliéramos antes, exagerado el volumen y en el desayuno es un momento de tranquilidad. Tomé un par de fotografías como referencia por lo de la limpieza. Gracias por la atención pero es un mensaje de mejora."

"El staff es super amable ! Increíble servicio al cliente y hospitalidad! Volvería."

"Great customer service"
