Hotel murah di Appalachian Plateau

"Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again."

"Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway."

"I have stayed here twice, but will not be staying here again. I get a not-so-subtle signal that I am not the kind of customer you are looking for. Both times I stayed here the TV in the lobby and the TV in the breakfast room were tuned to FOX. With such a divided country, it isn’t difficult to see what this franchisee, or the Wyndham Corp itself, is trying to say. I’ll be interested to see if other Wyndham locations so the same."

At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. "Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area"

"Had 2 rooms booked and when we got there they had overbooked so had to share a room with 2 people we were traveling with. We should be reimbursed for having to share a room. Very inconveniant."

"Noteworthy: check in early and Be sure to book directly with the hotel, not a 3rd party booking site even though for 2 rooms, it was $400 cheaper. I hope our experience was a one-off. We were confronted upon check-in with little slips of paper and numbers to call to deal with a glitch caused by the third party online booking. Some validation of the customer would have been appreciated. A glass of water so I could talk for an hour to try to figure it all out. We were given directions to...

"Everything was set up great the room was clean. Had everything I needed. The staff was excellent. I would highly highly recommend anyone staying here. Prices are great. I couldn’t ask for a better stay at a better price. I will be back."
