"Hotel was very nicely laid out and staff friendly. Onsite parking provided, at a cost of £10 per day. It would have been nice if this was made clear at time of booking.
Problem with TV. I had to fully reset and retune to enable it to operate. Reception staff did try, but were too busy (and probably under staffed) to spend time fixing. Suggest this is part of check list for hotel prior to new guests.
Wi-Fi not the best managed to get 2 bars at best. Room noisy in morning as hotel is on busy...

"Clean and cosy room with tea/coffee making facilities and ensuite. We were on the second floor accessed by spiral stairwell.
Staff were extremely helpful.
Breakfast was across the road from accommodation in the tearoom. We had a delicious cooked breakfast. Continental breakfast also available.
Highly recommended"
