"Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do...

Over the course of a week, I had the fish & chips, the burger, a chicken Caesar salad, and multiple variations of the eggs Benedict.
