"As the name states this is an old inn. Room was decorated accordingly. Comfy beds with a reasonable sized ensuite. Evening meal was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. All staff that we met were friendly."
"The room facilities were a bit disappointing. The TV remote control did not respond properly, some of the letters on the buttons had worn off, and the remote itself was quite dirty, so I did not feel comfortable touching it.
In addition,
The bidet toilet seat was also switched off, so I could not use it on the first day.
Overall, I felt that the room facilities were not properly checked before my arrival."
"Staying at this hotel was a last minute thing due to a mix up at our original booking and I have to say it was a godsend! We arrived 45 minutes after booking and were welcomed by friendly staff and a very clean room. The location was great and we went on a bike ride around the very quaint village and down by the river. I would definitely stay here again as it’s a great village hotel with great staff."
