2/5 - Disappointing
I stay in hotels two to three times per week and I have never ever come across such terrible and rude staff as the receptionist and bar/breakfast women in this hotel.

Staff great Breakfast good Room very good and comfortable Evening meal sorry to say but poor variety yes but food not so good

Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte ...

Our whole family came here for a wedding the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Rooms were clean, well equiped. But the main door was harsh to close and open and would make some good noise. Hope it will get sorted.

There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be ...
