"This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again."

"Pros Beautiful grounds Great staff Beautiful pool Beautiful beach Cons With All inclusive package they don’t stock fridge w drinks just a gallon jug of water They don’t take your luggage to your room they take it off truck put it on a cart just so u can tip driver and bell but then they roll it into open lobby and leave it for u to get up stairs and never told us we had to track down our bags Vendors on beach are non stop"

"Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent! We would stay here again!"

"The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. My issue is the place has cameras everywhere, boss was there and he refused to actually check the cameras to see if anything happened. He knew I was leaving that morning and he clearly avoided it. Gave me no help and asked why I didn't have it in the safe or maybe I misplaced it. I am back home now and emailed the property during daytime hours 9 hours ago. Still no reply. Seems as though they're hiding what happened to my wallet. 10/10 would not recommend "
