The pool area, at night is breathtaking! Bring an insulated cup with you AND a reusable straw!!!! A rashguard will be especially helpful….the sun is brutal."

"Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....

"The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. "Overall we had a wonderful stay. Our room was large with 2 queen size beds. The room was clean and well furnished. we had 2 closets and a table with 2 chairs. The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. we also had a balcony with a nice view. The only negative was that the pillows on the bed were a little to large for me, my wife liked their size. The people and the resort were wonderful. Breakfast was my favorite meal. We had sausage, eggs and bacon and anything else you could possibly...
