"Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services.
