Super fanden wir, dass wir schon vor 15 Uhr rein konnten. Sie haben in der Stadt in der Strasse Bailen eine Réception. Nun zu den negativen Punkten. Als wir reinkamen sahen wir Staubknäuel am Boden. "Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room!
I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation.
We filed for refund later, they lied...
