"They were overbooked. They called me to tell me they could not accommodate my reservation as I was enroute from another state. Kitchens have absolutely nothing in them. I contacted my third party vendor who contacted them and stated they would have a room for me after all. The posters posted state that each kitchen is fully stocked. There is no breakfast or coffee as they state you can make your own in room. If you need kitchen items, the fee is $40.00. There is no coffee or coffee pot in...

"Very helpful and kind staff at check in. The breakfast was good with variety. Some of the lobby chairs were showing wear but everything was clean and in working order. Room was good size, clean and comfortable."

"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."

"We came back to this same hotel from a stay in 2025. It has significantly gone downhill. The entrance, hallways and doors are scuffed and look really worn. After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. Our room was clean and smelled deeply of Pine Sol. It had a fire alarm that continuously chirped, randomly. The first night, we called a front desk personnel...
