"The worst experience I’ve ever had! When I arrived, I was informed that I needed to pay a deposit even though I had already paid for the room upfront. To make matters worse, the credit card machine was malfunctioning, and it was already 11 pm. I needed to find an ATM, but the nearest one was miles away, that actually worked.
