"Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. "We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and the manager basically threw the desk crew under the bus and switched a bunch of reservations around without letting guests know ahead of time. Pure, unpleasant chaos. Cheri, who was left with this mess, worked very hard to support me and get my booking back. She was kind, professional and empathetic. "Breakfast was basically limited to oatmeal for me, since I'm vegan, but I discovered oatmilk in the refrigerator, which was nice for the oatmeal and putting in coffee. Some fresh fruit might have been nice, but other than that, no complaints. Location was very convenient, with restaurants and stores I was able to easily access. Also, a gas station down the street. Emani was especially helpful with some of my crazy questions the first few night I was there. I did not want daily cleaning,...

"Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated."
