"Not really one for leaving reviews. Especially negatives ones but this was truly awful. We arrived pretty late on the Thursday night so the bar was closed, which is fair enough. Tried the vending machine to get some drinks for the evening and it didn’t work. Again, these things happen. Hard to know if the tap water is ok without drinking water labels on the taps. Normally it means don’t drink if it doesn’t say drinking water. Again small things that aren’t really issues. We had a family room....

"Dirty glasses and stained towel,beds were horrendous, might as well have slept on the floor. We were also given the wrong information about bus pick up by check in guy so we missed it and had to pay for a cab"

"Our room was very tired- stained paintwork and ceiling. No hairdryer. We have stayed before in a different room which was very pleasant. Easy and free parking."

"Fabulous hotel. Welcoming staff, great food (dinner and breakfast), easy to find, loads of parking. Children welcomed, even really tired and grumpy ones after a full day at Legoland nearby. Only minor criticism is no fridge in hotel room (despite a deceptive-looking fridge shaped cupboard!) which would’ve helped us out a lot with our picnic for the following day. "

"I needed somewhere that was able to do late check-ins, as I had a long drive late at night to get there - this hotel appears to have round the clock reception, and it was no trouble arriving late at night (after 11pm) - hotel's own website claims 24/7 reception desk, which reassured me. Room was great except the window frame really needed replacing (old wooden frame with cracks and rots in several places, and a latch that was broken so window could not close firmly and leaked cold air from...

"Always love staying here ! The accommodation is beautifully presented and maintained and the staff and food just excellent . Just wish there were steam room and SPA facilities available other than the treatments . Also super convenient for Heathrow without being a run of the mill airport hotel "

"Couldn’t recommend Bush hotel enough! From the minute I booked to leaving the staff have been amazing! I used the venue the night before my wedding and had hair and makeup arrive early, the staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to start getting ready!
