Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones. After calling the front desk I was initially denied a room change by the young lady working the desk, then I called corporate and suddenly they had a room. However, I asked management to inspect before I moved again and that room had the same issue and they could not get me another room.
