"Breakfast is very basic, and no conditioner for the shower. The rooms are fine, cleanliness was average. Perfect for a quick inexpensive stop due to location along the 5 and close to restaurants. "

"Check in was literally at 4pm. Other guest were able to check in prior. Was an inconvenience trying to have the children change into swimsuits without a room and luggage. Pool slide closed at 5pm. The room had a weird smell to it when checked in. "

"Loved this hotel and location. Very convenient to the beach, and local restaurants. Very clean and quiet. My only concern was for the limited parking. There is a bar next door that takes parking from the hotel on weekends and makes parking at night difficult. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for having us. "

"Felt safe parking and leaving my vehicle. Food and Walgreens within walking distance. Staff very noisy, back and forth constantly early morning. If you’re a late sleeper ask for a higher floor. Breakfast was very convenient "

"Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅"

"Paid for a 2 queen room and signed in with the mobile app. Picked up our keys around 930 pm, went to the room only to discover only one bed. Spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and he informed me that the manager who was on duty earlier in the day took it upon herself to switch us to a 1 king room without notifying us of course. So there was that. Horrible sleep but hey stuff happens. Got up in the morning to shower and get ready for the day - black mold in the shower. And not just in a...

"This place is not safe especially for women. The locks on the doors are broken and they don’t tell you. We had a grown man walk into our room and refuse to leave. The front desk offered no help."
