"I can't give them 5 stars due to the cleanliness issue in the rooms. The day after our first night with you, cleaning was not done and when we asked you to do it, it didn’t happen. The next few days only the beds were raised but the carpet was not swept or vacuumed, just as the toilet was not washed."

"A comfortable stay in a great location. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for drinks although had to pay to reserve (slightly disappointing). But enjoyed the hotel overall."
