Even before I checked out, they were very friendly and accommodating - I landed at 5:30am and the staff offered options for an early check-in charge or just safely leaving my luggage with them until 300pm. "Always a great stay at a Virgin hotel. The location in Chicago couldn't get any better. Only a few hundred meters from the river, close to Grant Park, many high-end shops, the Riverwalk, and too many grwst restaurants to ever visit in 10 trips! The rooms are spacious, clean & well-appointed. Everything you would expect from the Virgin brand. If you're in Chicago, check this place out. "

"Love it! I'll stay here anytime I visit Chicago. The location is so wonderful, in the heart of Gold Coast and surrounded by beautiful architecture, the lake, and high rises. The room was very minimalistic but cozy and everything I needed. The bar at The Ambassador is one of my favorites in Chicago. Overall, a great stay and I can't wait to return. "
