"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after...

"Bathroom was modern. The livingroom space and kitchenette were a bit dated. Fridge was not that cold. Beds were comfortable. Listed as "river view" however you cannot see the river as there are lots of trees. Good for two nights but not for longer. "

"Un premier contact telephonique laborieux, s'en suit un premier contact physique à la réception avec la même collaboratrice aux réflexions plus valveillantes et anti commerciales les une que les autres . Arrivée dans la chambre, pas de kitchenette comme le confirmait l email de validation/réservation; à la place une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Bon contact dans l ensemble des autres collaborateurs. "
