"To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting. "Séjour sur la péniche en famille Nous avons adorer le lieux et la péniche qui est très sympa et insolite mais les lieux sont très mal entretenue, le petit déjeuner est inexistant c’est une honte mis à part un pain au chocolat par personne il n’y avait rien d’autre mais absolument rien ! La salle de petit déjeuner est très sale et tout est vétuste, casser et en mauvaise état . Le parc est très grand est pourrais être tellement beau si il serait entretenu.
