"Tried to deny me my room, saying toilets were all down and flooding, hotel was shut down... half full parking lot. Refused refund, husband went in there ended up getting our room, no issues with plumbing, and the room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty sheets, dirty towels"

"The room looked like it had been remodeled and was very nice but the overwhelming smell of pot was so bad that we almost couldn’t stay. We were told they had a machine that could take the smell out of the room but by the time we got there maintenance was gone."
